Deputy District General Secretary, PP Sangar Nallappan mentioned that our IPP Lawrence Kwan has put it to him that his job as our AG during the last rotary year isn't complete without assisting us get the ROS approval done – that's what PP Sangar has called it a Tall Order from RCSP and have convincingly fulfilled it.

No wonder on the very evening, he smilingly stands out in sharp relief, having had his job completed with the following presentation:
- Presented the official ROS Registration Certificate to President Ivy
- Presented a certificate to IPP Lawrence Kwan in appreciation of having met the recommended club membership development goal.
- Presented a Certificate to Chartered President for achieving the four avenues of service during his term as Charter President.
